• Position: Residential Painter - Helper

• Position: Residential Painter - Crew Member

• Position: Residential Painter - Crew Lead

• Compensation: $18 - $25 per hour (based on experience)

• Location: Durham Region and Toronto

Job Description - Residential Painter

Emerald Professional Painters has developed a brand homeowners and business owners throughout Toronto and the Durham Region can trust! As a result, customers are coming to us to complete their residential, commercial, interior and exterior painting projects on time and with quality that exceeds their expectations.

Our painting crews operate with quality, respect and integrity in mind to ensure customers spend their time enjoying their new space, rather than worrying about the painting project.

What You'll Do

• Interior and exterior, residential and commercial painting

• Work in a team environment, delivering quality painting projects with superior customer service

• Prepare surfaces prior to painting by cleaning, scraping, filling holes or joints, sanding, priming

• Clean up job site including the removal of paint splatters, garbage, and cleaning all equipment

• Perform other related duties as assigned

What's Needed to be Successful

• Positive attitude - you'll be working in a team environment and dealing directly with customers

• Reliable and hard working - projects are booked well in advanced and a lot of planning goes into delivering our quality service

• Detail oriented - complete quality work and rectify imperfections with minimal supervision

• Customer service skills - genuine, empathetic towards customer concerns and feedback

• Painting experience - this is a plus, but is not required for all the different roles within our team

• Driver's license and vehicle - this is a plus and may be required depending on your role within our team

• Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time

• Must be legally able to work in Canada
